Al-Falah Academy Holds its 2nd annual Graduation event
Al-Falah Academy held its 2nd graduation on Saturday June 2,2012 at the 5th Avenue Event
Hall in Buford GA. Teachers, students, family and friends numbering over 300 came together
to celebrate the graduating classes from PK4, Kindergarten and the 5th grade. Students from
all classes performed nasheeds in Arabic and received certificates for the hard work they did.
The teachers from each grade talked about their class and how much they learned during the year.
The graduating classes were announced individually by their teachers and received their diplomas.
Our new Principal, Sr. Jelena Naim, gave the commencement address focusing first on the middle
school students and then the parents reminding us all of our responsibility as Muslims to strive
hard, be good examples of our faith. It was a fun event for all especially the graduating classes.
